THE ACTUAL BEST Fudge Brownies (v+gf)
I swear, these really are the actual best brownies. They are the #1 request when I ask “Is there anything I can bring?” They are fudgy, thick and loaded with chocolatey goodness. They make you feel spoiled and we all need to feel that way sometimes.
On top of being absolutely delicious, these are crazy easy to make. Just toss all of your ingredients in a bowl, stir, add to your baking dish and bake! No difficult steps or complicated ingredients.
The recipe yields 12 LARGE brownies, I tend to cut my brownies really big because, who wants a small brownie? But if you want to bless more people with chocolatey goodness than you can definitely cut them smaller.
Please note these are GOOEY, if that’s not your thing then I recommend using vegan butter vs oil for a more cake like brownie. Feel free to get creative, some of my favorite add ins are:
Goji Berries
Vegan Marshmallows
Vegan Gummy Bears
Really the best way to eat these is, as is, warmed up with vegan vanilla ice cream!
